Kimber Davis plays a vital role as Vice President of HRC Association Management. She oversees a team of experienced community association managers, customer care specialists, and field maintenance technicians. She ensures that HRCAM delivers the highest quality of life for the associations we manage. 

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, settlement, and HOA management, Kimber brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Throughout her career, she has held several key positions in the real estate industry, including Vice President and Director of Operations at Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group and Director of Professional Development at the Iowa Association of REALTORS.

Ryan Peterson is a seasoned property management professional with over 11 years of experience in the field, including eight years in apartment living and three years in community association management. As a Senior Association Development Manager, he specializes in managing communities during the development process, ensuring they thrive from inception to full maturity.

Guided by community governing documents, boards of directors, and other stakeholders, Ryan oversees the maintenance of association areas, ensures the financial stewardship of association funds, and delivers exceptional customer service to homeowners, vendors, and internal partners.

Patty Wright brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to her role as an Association Manager at HRCAM. She has 15 years of experience in land development. 

For the past two years, Patty has been a dedicated community association manager with HRCAM, where she specializes in community association turnovers and the transition to homeowner board establishment. Her expertise in this area ensures a smooth and efficient transition process, fostering a stable and well-managed community environment. Patty’s ability to build strong, positive relationships is invaluable to the success of our associations and organization as a whole.
